Biography

I am an Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Technology, where I lead the Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare research group. My work focuses on developing machine learning algorithms that can improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows, and make healthcare more accessible and efficient.

Before joining the University of Technology, I completed my PhD at Stanford University, where I worked on novel approaches to deep learning for medical image analysis. My doctoral research received the Best Dissertation Award from the Association for Computing Machinery.

I am passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world clinical applications. My work has been published in top-tier conferences and journals, and I regularly collaborate with healthcare systems to implement AI solutions that directly benefit patients and providers.
